Malaysia

Hooked on the bottom of Thailand and divided by the south China  sea, Malaysia is our next stop. We left Thailand’s glittering islands and arrived in Georgetown, mowing south through Tanah Rita, Kuala Lumpur, and finally Malacca. Coming from Thailand, the wealth of Malaysia is obvious (no mopeds here) and the culture is completely different.  Most of Malaysias influence comes from China, as it’s imprinted in its history, language, food and ways of life. Add old European trade, indian migration, Islam and tourism, and you get a country that is nothing like the places you’ve been, standing alone as it’s own unique nation.
